Chief Adam Zahra, owner and operator of The Military Group, is a native of Hampton Bays, New York, enlisted in the United States Navy in February 2007. His fleet assignments include (HSL44) Antisubmarine Squadron, (HSM74) Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron, Navy Recruiting District New York (NRDNY), and Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM70). Chief Zahra also completed 4 deployments to 5th Fleet, and a NATO deployment in 6th Fleet. His decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (7 awards) and various unit and campaign awards.
His love for Real Estate started when he began helping junior sailors in assisting with managing their rental properties. This eventually evolved into getting his real estate license in 2019. Since 2019, Chief Zahra has dedicated his time in assisting active duty and veteran clients in the purchase and sale of homes in Jacksonville, FL.
Sarah, Director of Operations, brings a unique blend of experience, dedication, and passion to the world of real estate. As the wife of team owner Adam Zahra and a military spouse of 15 years, Sarah has cultivated a deep appreciation for home and community.

Aviation Structural Mechanic and NDI Technician First-Class Petty Officer (veteran) Dontae Watts, originally from Roanoke, AL. He joined the Navy in April of 2013 and spent his first 5 years of service Stationed with VP-46 in Whidbey Island, Washington. With only 5 years enlisted he attained the rank of First-Class Petty Officer in 2018, while tackling Non-Destructive Inspection Training in Pensacola, FL. After completing training AM1 transferred to FRCSE Det Mayport for 3 years in March of 2019 where he was 1 of 2 NDI technicians and managed many other programs like Radiation Safety and Respiratory Protection.
After moving to Jacksonville and buying his first home, Dontae’s curiosity for Real Estate slowly turned into a passion. Aviation Technician and Second-Class Petty Officer Liam Mulcahy is originally from Key Largo, FL. He joined the Navy in March of 2015 and spent his first fleet assignment at (HSM74) Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron. Undergoing a deployment to 5th Fleet on the USS Eisenhower in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. He then sailed on the USS Gerald R. Ford, directing some of the first ever helicopter landings on its flight deck, before undergoing BALTOPS Operations aboard the USS Bainbridge. In 2019, AT2 Mulcahy became an instructor at CNATTU Jax and has been teaching sailors for the past three years. His decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (2 awards) and various unit and campaign awards.
As an instructor he gained a huge affection for helping his junior sailors, which often led to questions about the real estate market. Having been stationed in Jacksonville for the past seven years and gaining valuable knowledge of the area he decided to make this is sole focus. Fleet assignments include Patrol Squadron 4 (VP-4), Special Projects Patrol Squadron 2 (VPU-2) in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. In 2014 he became a Navy Recruiter in the coastal area of New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. Subsequent tours include HSM-74 and FRCSE Detachment Mayport, FL where he is currently stationed. His tours included deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan as well as deployments on board the USS Dwight D Eisenhower (CVN 69) and USS Thomas Hudner (DDG 116).
His drive to become a REALTOR® came after becoming a landlord and going through the process of purchasing multiple homes over the years due to change in duty stations. Senior Chief Vollertsen (retired) hails from Shawnee, Oklahoma, He enlisted in the United States Navy in November 2002.
His sea and overseas duty assignments include: AIMD Atsugi Japan, FRCNW, VAQ-137 Whidbey Island, Washington, VP-30, and HSM-48 where he deployed as LCPO of Detachment One for eight months aboard USS Vella Gulf (CG-72) in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Deployments include service in the Northern Atlantic, West Africa, Arabian Gulf, Arabian Sea, and the Mediterranean Sea.
Zach has always possessed a passion for assisting others and a willingness to provide guidance to Sailors and their family throughout his career in the Navy, which encouraged him to earn his Real Estate license.
